Rates and Rental Policy
Rate Information
Daily rate is $170 per night for 2 adults and $20 for each additional adult plus 10% tax. There is no charge for children under 18 staying with family members.
Weekly rate (5 nights) is $140 per night for 2 adults and $20 for each additional adult.
50% of rental fee will be due at time of booking and balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival.
All accommodations require a two (2) night minimum stay.
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
You must be 24 years are older to rent the cabin. ID will be requested during check-in.
Damage Deposit
A $100 pre-authorization damage deposit will be charged to credit card 1 day prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure.
Refund Policy
100% refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
50% refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival
No refunds for early departures.

Rental Policy
No discharge of firearms.
Pets are allowed if prior arrangements have been made. Please email owner.
No smoking inside the cabin.
No fireworks.
No ground fires allowed.
