Rate Information
Daily rate is $115 per night for 2 adults and $15 for each additional adult plus 6% tax.
Weekly rate (5 nights) is $100 per night for 2 adults and $10 for each additional adult.
A refundable $100 deposit is required to hold the reservation.
All accommodations require a two (2) night minimum stay.

Cancellations accepted and refunds made if notified fourteen days prior to reservation.
No-shows will be charged full amount.
No refunds for early departures.
Refunds will be made on shorter notice if house can be re-rented.
No firearms.
No pets.
No smoking.
